     Cold Fruit Soup

Ingredients
2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
2 cups pineapple, fresh, peeled and diced
1/2 cup watermelon, pulp
1/2 cup red and white currants
1 cup strawberries, pureed
2 cups white wine
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
zest of lemon
 
3 cups champange, chilled
IF CURRANTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, SUBSTITUTE 1/2 CUP SEEDLESS RED CURRANT JELLY

Instructions
In a meduim size sauce pan, combine all ingredients except champange. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Cool complelty and drain juice from fruit. Combine fruit juice and champange. Equally divide fruit into 6 serving bowls. Pour juice and champange over the fruit. Serve immediatly.
