     Sweet Wheat Cornbread

Ingredients
.5 cup melted butter
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp baking soda
.75 tsp salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup buttermilk
.5 cup evaporated milk
 
.5 half and half
.5 cup frozen corn kernals, thawed
3 tablespoons avocado honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking dish. Stir dry ingredient together. Mix liquids together. Add dry ingredients to liquids. Stir in corn til smooth. Pour into greased 8x8 pan. Bake 25 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with honey butter.
