     Sauerkraut

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 Liter of water
2 tablespoons of quality sea salt

Instructions
Make sure that the salt dissolves in the water before adding it to your chopped vegetables.Simply chop up the cabbage, cucumbers, and any other veggies like (onions, carrots, peppers, garlic, you name it) andput them in a large jar. Pack them in. Then pour the brine solution so that it covers all the vegetables.. Every day crack open the jar to ensure that the pressure caused by fermentation doesnt break the jar. In 3 days on the countertop your sauerkraut is ready to eat! Simply store in the fridge and eat away. It will be good in the fridge for about 6 months.
