     Beef Ham

Ingredients
1lb of beef ham - NOT spiced [ cut into palm sized pieces]
large mug of flour [seasoned with salt & pepper] use more flour if needed
2 or 3 eggs [whisked in a big bowl] use more if needed
3 cloves of garlic [peeled but kept whole]
a little olive oil to cover the bottom of a frying pan
 

Instructions
Place oil & garlic in pan & heat /fry to infuse garlic into the oil. Dip beef ham in flour to coat it, then dip in egg to coat, then re-dip into flour.Place in pan and cook till batter is cooked on underside. Turn over and repeat process--Beef ham should be cooked now on the inside. 3 or 4 pieces can be cooked at the same time depending on the size of frying pan. This can be eaten hot or cold or frozen-----defrost before reheating
