     Chicken in creamy tomato sauce

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
garlic salt
minced garlic
400ml/1/2pint of cream
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
mozzarella optional
 

Instructions
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add the chicken.Season with garlic salt and leave to brown.When browned on one side turn and cook other side adding a little garlic salt again. When browned add the tomatoes and sprinkle a little minced garlic to taste. Fry till cooked through,then add the cream. Salt and adjust seasoning to taste.Serve with pasta or rice. [you can add sliced mozzarella to top and place under grill to melt] VERY YUMMY
Can be frozen --- defrost before re-heating.
