     Lemon and Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of flour
4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons veggie oil
1/2 pint chick stock
4 tablespoons lemon juice (2 lemons)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary
 

Instructions
Heat oil in pan Dip chick breasts in flour Fry off chicken for approx 10mins Add stock, lemon juice, salt and rosemary and fry for further 20 mins
Serving Suggestions
serve with mashed pots and steamed broccoli
