Ingredients
2lb/1kg of good mince
2 carrots sliced
1 to 2 onions chopped
2 or 3 shakes of wocestershire sauce------or hendersons-----not if you suffer from heartburn
1 mug of COLD water
1 tablespoon of bisto
 

Instructions
Place the mince, onions and carrots into a deep pot, just cover with water and bring to the boil stirring to break down the mince.Turn down the heat and simmer until cooked--about 3/4hr,stirring now and then to make sure it is not sticking to bottom of pot Add the wocestershire sauce if desired. Add bisto to the mug of water and stir until totally dissolved. Add this to the mince and stir to blend through.Cook for 2 or 3 minutes,taste for seasoning and add salt to taste.
This can be frozen------best to defrost before re-heating but not necessary
