Ingredients
180 g chocolat
3 eggs
45g sucre
40 g butter
 
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and take it off the heat. Add the butter. Add the egg yolks one by one.Add the sugar.
Take the egg whites till they become solid. Add to choc mix bit by bit and fold in. Be delicate.
Put into wee dishes and put into the fridge....
