     Fresh Fruit Tart

Ingredients
1 tart crust, baked in 10 inch tart pan
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla exxtract or 1 tablespoon amaretto
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
ASSORTED FRUIT AND/OR BERRIES-
strawberries, washed, hulled and cut in half
whole raspberries, blackberries, and/or blueberries
fresh pinepple, peeled and cored and cut into wedges, then sliced thin
 
kiwi, peeled and cut into slices
3 tablespoon clear jelly like apple or currant. Red jam OK over berries

Instructions
Bake tart crust as directed (recipe in desktop cookbook). Let it cool completely.
Whip cream until very stiff. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flavoring until smooth. Gently fold into whipped cream.
Spread filling over tart crust. Arrange fruit into a design on top in whatever pattern you choose. Fill in all the spaces so the filling is covered with fruit.
Melt the jelly/jam in microwave. Brush on top of the fruit to coat it with a shiny glaze. Refrigerate until served. Cut into pie-shaped wedges to serve.
