Equal parts frozen green peas uncooked and unthawed and chopped red onion pieces
or scallions if you don't like red onion
Not to bad with a little leftover chopped ham pieces
or bacon pieces
a few shredded carrot pieces look pretty (optional)
Ceasar dressing OR
Ranch dressing OR
Blue Cheese dressing OR
Poppy Seed dressing
Instructions
Place frozen peas, onion, and bacon or ham in bowl. Fold in one of your dressings... not to much - just to cover. Salt to taste after adding dressing.
Cover bowl and sit overnight for flavors to marry. Stir before eating
This is a great crowd pleaser for pot luck's and summer picnics and only takes a few minutes to prepare
