     Pecan Poundcake

Ingredients
1 cup butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whiskey
 
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Mix dry ingredients together. Add flour, sour cream and whiskey alternately. Add nuts to batter.
Put in greased and floured Bundt Pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 mins.
