     Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
1-10 inch Pie Crust (uncooked)
1 lb. diced hame
1/3 lb grated gruyere cheese
4 eggs
2 cups half and half
pinch nutmeg
pinch salt
 

Instructions
Line crust with ham and cheese.
Carefully add eggs, half and half, nutmeg and salt to pie crust.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
