     Walnut PIe

Ingredients
Crust
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
3 cups flour
Filling
1 lb walnuts
3 cups heavy cream
 
2 cups sugar

Instructions
Refrigerate Crust for 3 hours. Cook filling ingredients until reduced by half. Refrigerate until thick.
Roll out pie crust. Line pie crust and fill with walnut mixture. Top with pie crust. Brush with butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 mins. Serve with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
