1 c butter, softened

2 c sugar

3 eggs

1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1 can (16 oz) solid pack pumpkin

Instructions |

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, mix well.
|

Combine dry ingredients. Mix dry into wet mixture until just moistened. Stir in pumpkin.

Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 325 for 60 min.
