1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 c butter, softened
|

3/4 cup powdered sugar
|

2 tbsp brown sugar
|
|
1/4 tsp vanilla
|

3/4 c mini chocolate chips
|

chopped pecans (optional)
|

caramel (optional)

Instructions |

|
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powder sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix in chocolate chips.

Cover and chill in fridge for 2 hours.
|
|
|
Once chilled, shape mixuture into a ball. Wrap with saran wrap and store in a zip lock. Chill for at least 1 hour.

|
|
Roll the ball into finely chopped pecans and drizzle with caramel just before serving. Serve with apples and graham crackers.

For Christmas - double recipe and shape into 3 balls (small, medium, large). Arrange and decorate like a snowman.
