Marinate chicken in italian salad dressing for at least 1 hour in frig (I use a large baggie and turn it every 15 minutes). Coat with mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley (you can determine preportions of each to suite your taste). Place in baking dish and pour marinade over chicken. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
