Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use paper liners for
muffin pan. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients
together. In another bowl, stir together the agave,
the soy milk, the oil, and egg.
Lightly combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in
blueberries. Fill each muffin cup to top. Bake 20
minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
