Beat eggs and milk together. Heat 1 t butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Pour in egg mixture and cook.
Spread remaining butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. Place bread in skillet, buttered side down. Open evenly with scrambled eggs, cheese, tomato and basil. Grill like you would a grilled cheese sandwich.
