Line a 13 x 9 baking pan with nonstick foil to extend about 2 in. above narrow ends of pan.

Microwave peanut butter chips and butter in a large glass bowl, stirring at 20-second intervals, until blended and smooth. Add cereal and stir until evenly coated.

Spread cereal mixture into prepared pan, pressing into a even layer. Place pan in freezer for 10 minuted or until firm

Melt chocolate chips as directed on bag. Add corn syrup; stir until blended. Spread over cereal mixture; sprinkle evenly with nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour until firm.
Lift foil by ends onto cutting board. Cut crosswise into 10 stirps, then cut each strip into 6 bars.
