1 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined

5 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 - 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste, we like it spicier so I use 3/4 teaspoon)

1/2 cup butter
|

3 tablespoons lime juice
|

Hot cooked pasta, whatever kind you have or like

Instructions |

|
Start water for pasta before you do anything else.
|
|
|
In a large skillet, saute the shrimp, garlic and cayenne in butter until the shrimp turns pink. Add lime juice and serve over pasta.

Suggestions |

Serve with a salad & rolls, or just by itself. It's also great the next day to take to work for lunch.
