1 15 oz can garbanzos/chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 small onion, chopped (or 1 t onion powder)
2 T flour
garlic powder to taste (I use 1/2 t)
1 t coriander
1 t cumin
1/2 t baking powder
salt and pepper
2 T olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Spread olive oil on a rimmed cookie sheet.
Mash garbanzos in a food processor (or by hand with mortar and pestle).
Add everything else and blend.
Shape paste into discs about 1.5 inches across, .5 inch thick.
Bake about 15 minutes (until bottom side is brown).
Turn and bake another 15 minutes.

Serve in pita with Greek salad, tahini, and pickled turnips
