Beat cream cheese add evaporated milk gradually. Then add the condensed milk, then the eggs two by two, sugar, salt and vanilla. Whisk until everything is well blended.

Caramel- Place sugar in a pan and water over medium heat until mixture is syrupy. Pour in pan that will make the flan.

When the caramel has cooled a bit, pour the flan mixture into the mold halfway.
|
|
|
Cover with foil and put into pressure cooker or oven bath. Cooking with high heat at first and then lower to medium heat for about 20 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand.
Once removed, let stand for half an hour. Then turn stripping, avoiding breakage.
Serve chilled
