1 bag Stilwell breaded okra (1 1/2 lb)

|
chopped tomatoes
|
|
chopped green onions
|
|
bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
|

Dressing-
|
|
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
|
|
1/2 cup olive oil
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Fry okra till crisp. Drain on paper towels to cool.
|
|
|
Place fried okra in large bowl. Add tomatoes, green onions and
bacon.
|
|
|
Mix apple cider vinegar, olive oil and sugar in seperate bowl.
|
|
|
Just before serving, pour dressing over okra mixture and mix well.
|
