Preheat to 350.
Place graham crackers in large resealable bag and crush.
Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter and powdered sugar together.
Scoop into mini muffin pan an form shallow cups.
Bake 4 minutes or until edges are bubbling.
Remove from oven and place chocolate chips in cups.
Cut marshmallows in half and place one in each cup.
Return to oven for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are slightly softened.
Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove from pan and cool completely.
Melt additional chips and put on top of marshmallow once cooled.
