3/4 cup baking mix (bisquik)

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions |

|
combine all ingredients in bowl and mix lightly but throughly until ingredients hold together.
form 1 inch balls
|

|
place balls in non stick skillet over medium low heat, center needs to be 160.
can be baked as well at 375 for 14-17 minutes.
