     Jeff's Swiss Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs chuck steak
3 Tbl flour
salt and pepper
1/4 Cup oil
1 can cream of mushroom and garlic soup
water or milk (enough to fill 1/2 the soup can)
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Pound flour mixture into both sides of meat. Fry in oil until lightly browned.
Place meat in foil lined baking pan. Pour soup and 1/2 can of water or milk over meat. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix evenly over the top.
Seal with foil and place in oven for 2 hours. Serve with rice or potatoes.
