Mix together
Pour half of the batter in a 9x13 greased and floured pan.
Put cherry or blueberry pie filling on top of batter evenly.
Spread the rest of the batter on top of pie filling.
Mix 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
Mix powered sugar and milk and drizzle over the top while still warm. Cool before eating.
