Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray.
|

In the slow cooker, combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
|
|

|
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
|
|

Beef Vegetable Soup- Make exactly like vegetable soup but add 2 lbs of eye of round beef cut into bite-size pieces. ( No need to precook. The meat will cook while boiling.)
