     Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients
3 8oz pkg softened Cream Cheese
5 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
FILLING-
1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Sugar
 

Instructions
Cream cream cheese, add eggs gradually, then slowly add sugar and vanilla. Pour into muffin papers 3/4 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix FILLING, set aside. Remove cupcakes from oven and raise temperature to 350 degrees. Cool cupcakes 5 minutes.
Place 1-2 tsp of FILLING on top of each cupcake. Bake 5 more minutes. Cool. Place half of Maraschino Cherry on top of each cupcake.
