Mix first 3 ingredients in a seperate bowl, set aside. Cream butter,
sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add dry mixture to creamed
mixture. Spoon in chocolate chip and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto
cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
