     Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
3 lb baby red new potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp rosemary
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line shallow baking pan with non stick foil.
Cut up potatoes. In large bowl, toss potatoes with oil and rosemary until evenly coated. Arrange in single layer in lined pan.
Roast on bottom rack in oven for 30 minutes, tossing after 15 minutes, until tender and golden.
