Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat water and butter to a rolling boil.
Stir in flour.
Stir vigorously over LOW HEAT about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs, all at one time - continue beating until smooth.
Divide dough into 6 (large) or 12 (small) amounts and place 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden - peeking while baking might cause puffs to fall.
COOL AWAY FROM DRAFT!
Cut off tops and pull out any filaments of soft dough being careful to leave a solid base in puff to fill.
Make pudding according to box directions.
Carefully fill puffs with pudding.
Replace tops.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Drizzle chocolate on tops of puffs at serving time.
Refrigerate until serving.
