Ingredients
CRUST-
2 cups Flour
2 cups Quick Oats
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 cup Butter, softened
FILLING-
3 T Flour
 
1 12.5oz jar Carmel Topping
1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Nuts are optional

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
CRUST- Combine all ingredients for crust. Blend well and divide in half. One for crust, one for crumbly topping. Press bottom half in prepared 9x13 baking dish and bake 10 minutes.
FILLING- Combine carmel and flour. Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm crust. Drizzle carmel and flour mixture over chocolate chips and cover with remaining crumbly topping.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Cool completely before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
