Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
CRUST- combine cake mix, 1 stick of melted butter and 1 egg. Press
into baking dish.
FILLING- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining eggs,
cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Whip in melted
butter, stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour over crust.
Bake 40-50 minutes. Do NOT overbake! Bars should be gooey. Cool
before cutting.
