In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water and butter to boil.
Add flour all at once, stir until ball forms. Remove from heat, let
rest 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Spread dough in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-
35 minutes. Cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and milk. Add pudding mix.
Combine well. Add chocolate chips. Pour over cream puff.
Refrigerate 20 minutes. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate
sauce and carmel sauce, sprinkle Heath Bits over top.
