     Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 dashes salt
2 2/3 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
 

Instructions
In a saucepan, beat egg slightly. Stir in milk, sugar, butter and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat about 12 minutes or till thickened and bubbly. Stir in coconut and pecans. Cool thoroughly.
Use to frost german chocolate cake.
