When I cook it I normally turn it down to about 325 after 30 min.
or so because it already seems to be getting fairly dark. I then
have to cook it just slightly longer (1 hour 10 min. or so). But
don't be worried that it is getting really dark and the middle is
not done, I think it might be the addition of the yogurt that does
it or just the sugar. I also double this recipe to make two loaves.
