Preheat oven to 350.
Brown meat and onion. Drain off grease. Add taco sauce and simmer for 10 min.

Mix one box of cornbread. Can add a little more milk than called for to thin batter.Pour into 9x11 casserole dish and top with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix 2nd box of cornbread and pour over top.

|
Bake 25-30 min and sprinkle with more grated cheese.
Bake an additional 10 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.
