Empty milk into small bowl. Add egg yolks. Stir well. Squeeze lemons. Add about 1/2 cup lemon juice a little at a time until it tastes right. Pout into crust.
Beat egg whites with a dash of salt until stiff peaks form. Add sugar a couple of tablespoons at a time until all sugar has been added. Spoon on top of pie and bake in a hot (400 degree) oven until brown. Refrigerate.
