Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. Pour half into greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half onto the cake in pan. Put the rest of the cake on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 t0 35 minutes.
