1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 6 strips
1/2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 6 strips
1/2 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut ino 6 strips
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Montery Jack cheese
2 tbs choped ripe olives
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Instructions
Cut bell pepper strips crosswise in half. Arange close together in ungressed broiler pie pan, 9x1 1/4 inches, or ovenproof serving dish. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and red bell pepper.
Set oven to broil. Broil peppers with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
