Throw it all in the blender and let 'er rip. If you want a chunkier salsa add the tomatoes first and just do quick pulses until it looks sufficiently blended.
I can't fit it all in my blender at once so I usually blend mine in shifts.
All measurements are approximations...so play with it until it's just the way you like. I usually add more lime and jalapenos and salt...like I said all measurements are approximations.
