     Beef & Mushroom Gravy Over Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs eye of round, cut into 1/2-inch pieces with all visible fat removed
1 cup fat-free, onion -flavored beef broth
1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) pkg sliced mushrooms, rinsed
7 medium-size potatoes, washed
 

Instructions
Spray a slow cooker with nonfat cooking spray.
In the cooker stir together all ingredients except potatoes. Put the potatoes on top.
Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Spoon 1 cup beef and mushroom gravy over the potatoes.
