Butter bread (one side only). Place butter-side down in heated nonstick skillet. Top with a couple rings of onion, a generous amount of ham, a slice of cheese, and another slice of bread (butter-side up). Fry like a grilled-cheese.
Meanwhile, heat tomato soup (adding water is optional). Serve topped with goldfish crackers.
Mix lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Serve topped with ranch dressing.
