2 Basa or Catfish Fillets

2 Tbs. plus 1 tsp lemon juice
|

1/2 mayonnaise
|
|
2 tsp Creole seasoning
|

4 French rolls lightly toasted
|

Romaine Lettuce thinly sliced

8 Tomato slices

Instructions |
|
|
Place fish in a shallow dish. sprinkle with 2 Tbs lemon juice. Let stand 10-15 minutes. turning once.

Meanwhile, combine mayo and 1 tsp creole seasoning, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Cover and refridgerate until ready to use.

|
Sprinkle fish with remaining creole seasoning, gently rub in. Grill 3-4 minuts per side.
|
|
|
Spread sauce on bottom half of roll, lettuce, fish, then top with tomato. Slice and serve.
