Ingredients
3/4 CUP OF RICE
1 TO 3 TEAS. CRUSHED RED PEPPER
1 QUART OF TOMATO JUICE
1/2 CUP OIL
2 CUPS OF CHOPPED ONIONS
SALT TO TASTE
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients together and cook slow. Simmer for 45 min, if too thick and rice is not quite done, add a little more juice or warm water.
