Sift flour,cinammon,cloves, baking powder,baking soda together.
Mix splenda,applesauce, and oil together. Then combine with the dry ingredients. Add raisins and nuts. Pour into well greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 35-45 min, at 350 degrees. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
