Place broth in large saucepan, add frozen spinach that has been steamed in the microwave according to directions. Add fresh spinach garlic mixture to broth. Pour about half a cup of wine or more it you like in soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Allow to cook for 20 mins or so to allow flavor to develop. Add sour cream and blend using an emergent blender.
