Combine butter, sugar in heavy pain, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Butter a 13x9 pan. Pour liquid in dish. Grate hershey bars and sprinkle on top of hot mixture. Sprinkle nutes over chocolate. Gently pat nuts into chocolate.
Let cool, break into pieces.
