     Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspooons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups sugar
3 cups finely grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan.
Beat eggs until fluffy and add sugar gradually. Add oil. Add chocholate. Add remiaining dry ingredients and then succhini last.
Bake 1 hour 350 degrees. Cool, frosting optional.
